Cancellation Policy.
48 hours notice prior to cancellation of a therapy/mentoring session, otherwise the Client will be charged the full cost of the missed session.
Due to my own costs I cannot offer complimentary therapy.
The Client must be aware of the following points:

Notice of holidays to be given at least two weeks in advance, otherwise the Client will be charged the full cost of the missed session.
Recording devices (eg. on smartphones), must not be used during the session.
Therapy will not be able to go ahead should violent behaviour be exhibited.
In accordance with the HCPC ethical guidelines clients cannot receive therapy if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Sessions will start and end promptly at the time agreed.
