March Diary.
26th March
1pm - Meeting with Abigail:
Abigail will edit a format of the script I sent her via m4a file, and she will send it to me at the end of the day.
Abigail and I discussed the two research documents I will carry out towards Drake research.
2pm - Work on Research for Accessible Remote Working
Continue to collate info from Becky's Blog, Drake Website and Slack to put into a Google Drive Doc towards Research for Accessible Remote working
To send the google drive link to Louis and Abigail so you have access to it once I have got further with research etc.)
3:00pm - Meeting with Sonia - to discuss questions I emailed to her (that have not yet been answered) and the work she will have worked on today. (she's sent a birdsong sound effect but this has not been experimented/created/played with yet)
3:40pm - Meeting with Gareth and Sonia for a catch up asked for by Gareth.
4:00pm - Collate Sonia's work/answers to questions/clarifications towards the Digital Script in text and audio format.
Friday
10:30am - 20mins - Briefly check in with Sonia about the tasks she'll be working on towards podcast today towards the digital script/podcast.
5pm - Sonia to send over what she's worked on in relation to the Podcast - if she needs more time then Wednesday by 5pm so that I have enough time to work on collating all the information together and compiling it digitally for Abigail on Thursday.
Thursday
Abigail will polish the podcast in time for 3rd sharing (if it's happening then).
27th March
Checklist of tasks done today:
Finished Educare Training (Safeguarding Adults/Young People) done.
Communicated with Becky, got links from her for what she needs more research/resources for.
Read research/resources.
Attended, short Informal meeting for 30mins, computer crashed, left ungraciously..... Gareth said bye to team for me (thanks G!) 🙂
Meeting with Sonia, she's clear with what to do and knows to communicate if she can't finish things/very looking forward to her tracks 💛.
Agreed: Sonia to email 2 short tracks by Wed, 5pm.
Researched Digital Access for disabled musicians/educators etc collated on a google drive. (will only shared once edited, will need next week to work more on this)
Tasks to do next week
Edit Sonia's pieces into the track, record more voice/correct wrong pronunciation of words etc, resend to Abigail for polishing/spacious dusting - for Thursday.
Contact Joy/Michael or other members of team about a session on logic to learn the basics (or with Abigail etc) - will do this over Zoom
Invite the team over Slack to a "listening party" for the podcast (Sonia - that's the name Louis gave me in relation to what we spoke about in our meeting! I love it!) - More info to come.
