The book that could not be opened because of the smell and other audio video fragments.

A collection of 5 audio and artefact pieces with an audio video installation. Together, an ensemblage of memory.

This series of five audio-artefact installations and one audio-video piece explores memory as something deeply embodied, vividly present, and summoned through sensory stims. Each work recalls experience as if it were yesterday, revealing how memory continues to live in the body and voice. The Tarot Walk (2025) unfolds across ten Tarot cards along a non-linear, crip-time walk, where rituals and site photographs evoke embodied remembering. The Book That Could Not Be Opened Because of the Smell and a fragment of Weeds (Quand tu nous tiens) capture memory through absence and persistence. Forest Leaves (2025), the only work with sound projected beyond headphones, layers memory in an audio-video composition. Madder (2025) draws on the memory of dye dripping like blood, both druidic and ceremonial. Shoeboxes (2025) preserve the memory of objects found on walks, while Body on Sand (2025) encloses audiences with objects to listen to, holding memory as intimate, tactile presence.
